Direction to choose the right size of bracelet.

Simply measure the circumference of your wrist with a measuring tape. If you don't have one, use a rope, then measure it with a ruler afterwards.

• Wind the band around your finger until it is tight.
• Be sure to take into account the size of your joint.
• The number next to the arrow is your perfect size.
• If you are between two sizes always round up
• Note: If you don't have the tool to measure, you can also use a string to find the circumference of your finger. Then measure it with a ruler afterwards.

• Choose the height on your waistline that you would like to wear it. Point A and B are examples in the following image.
• Using a rope or measuring tape, go around your waist. If you used a rope, measure it afterwards to know your size.
